Fortunately, I looked up a few companies on the FMCSA website ahead of time, so when Express Compliance came across my messages, I knew that they were on the list. My first and main contact was Shelby Trask and she knew exactly what I needed. Shelby handled everything quickly and professionally!!! She has answered every dumb question that I have asked and given me advice on different aspects of the business that I was not aware of at the time. I know there are cheaper ways to take care of this work but they truly take the stress out of this process and help get everything setup and ready to roll while I’m working. She was informative and if there was a question I had that she didn't have the full information on she researched and found the answers. She's efficient, thorough, kind, had a great sense of humor and made you feel like you can talk to her about anything. She was always easy to reach and answered me calls or texts right away. If you are starting your own Transportation company and need help with the US Dot or MC paperwork, then this is definitely the gal for you. It was affordable and she's great at what she does.
